Modular slot channels "Rigole"® 160
Slot channel in EN 1.4301 stainless steel. For big lengths, the channel is levelled with screwed stands. Integrated slope of 8 mm/m. The channel profile allows a load resistance of 145kN on a test surface of 100 mm diameter after 28 days of concrete drying (BR 25-0/14P type concrete). Integrated evacuation with Limatec floor drain trap with lateral or vertical outlet. Flow between 2 to 3 l/s or more on request. Depth of seal in the trap : 60 mm.
The cover of the trap on the right picture resists to a spread load of 30 kN.
The channel is delivered ready to install, in 3 m sections maximum with flange and all the accessories: clamps, fixing lugs, jack-screw bases apart from the wing and grout.

Slot channel in EN 1.4301 stainless steel. For big lengths, the channel is levelled with screwed stands. Minimum height of 80 mm - Width of 70 mm, slot of 20 mm. Integrated slope of 5 mm/m. Connection with a floor drain trap with moveable strainer basket to collect debris.
Outlet diam.100 mm vertical or lateral, square floor surface 250x250 mm.
4 types of drain trap covers:
- Grates cover that resist to a load of 27 Kn on a 110mm diam. test surface
- Cover with small safety holes H1,5 resistance class
- Cover with bars that resist to a load of 38 Kn
- RT heavy duty cover that resist to a load of 53 Kn.
