Our clientele is wide and varied with distributors, general or secondary-work companies in the building trade, companies in the industrial, agri-food, pharmaceutical and collective sectors or in the field of education, sport, health, culture, tourism and leisure, and the technical prescribers of these projects (architects, design office, economists)

Reporting to the Head of Sales, your main missions will be as follows:
  • Developing turnover, achieving your objectives within the framework of commercial policy
  • Carry out all the commercial actions necessary for this development
  • Detect, manage and implement projects in order to ensure the sale of products
  • Conduct negotiations in compliance with the company's general conditions of sale/tariffs and process
  • Promote the technical qualities of the products and the possibilities of application to the specific requirements of the customers
  • Use and feed the CRM tool at your disposal to ensure your reporting
  • Create relations with your sedentary partner that are necessary for teamwork
Profile: Male or female with two years of post-secondary technical and/or sales training, living within the geographical perimeter, with a minimum of 5 years or more of experience in BtoB sales of products of construction secondary trades.
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills that allow you to maintain our distribution network effectively.
  • You seek a diversity of targets to work with and demonstrate adaptability.
  • You are comfortable with the management and support of short, medium and long-term projects.
  • You attend and participate in site meetings for measurements and technical advice thanks to your strong appetite for the technical products for construction.
  • You have mastered IT tools and sales techniques in a competitive environment.
  • Your ability to assimilate the technical arguments of our products, and the history and values of our company will be fundamental to your success.
  • You are independent and responsible in your organisation, the choice of your priorities, your ability to use the resources provided and the selection of your actions to achieve results. You are motivated by results and satisfaction of actions.

The POSITION

Working in tandem with the field sales representative, your main tasks are as follows:

  • Provide customer support by informing them about the product ranges from a sales, pricing and technical point of view.
  • Provide advice and quotations/offers/costings and their relaunches in collaboration with the field sales partner.
  • Check and validate orders according to the quotes established and/or within the framework of the general conditions of sale before sending them to the order processing department
  • Actively participate in site detection/monitoring: Project Management.
  • Ensure the interface between customers and the company's internal services as part of the procedures in place.
PROFILE

  • With two years of post-secondary sales training, as well as a first successful experience as a sales assistant and/or in sales.
  • Comfortable on the phone and in writing, you like customer contact as well as relations.
  • You are dynamic, rigorous, hard-working and have a strong team spirit.
  • Prioritising, customer services and organisation are your strong points.
  • You have already worked on ERP and Pack Office.
Fixed hours. Salary
