Ce secteur est riche d’un portefeuille clients important à suivre et maintenir, tout en effectuant la prospection nécessaire à son extension et à son renouvellement.

Le tissu de notre clientèle est large et varié, constitué de distributeurs, entreprises générales ou du second œuvre du bâtiment, secteur industriel dans l’agroalimentaire, le pharmaceutique, secteur collectif dans le domaine de l’éducation, le sport, la santé, la culture, le tourisme, le loisir, les prescripteurs techniques de ces projets (architectes, bureau d’études, économistes)

Rattaché(e) au Chef des Ventes, vos missions principales seront les suivantes :

  • Développer le chiffre d’affaires, atteindre vos objectifs dans le cadre de la politique commerciale
  • Réaliser toutes les actions commerciales nécessaire à ce développement
  • Détecter, gérer et concrétiser les projets afin d’assurer la vente des produits
  • Mener des négociations commerciales dans le respect des conditions générales de ventes / tarifaires et process de l’entreprise
  • Faire valoir les qualités techniques des produits et les possibilités d’application aux exigences particulières des clients
  • Vous appuyer et nourrir l’outil CRM à votre disposition pour assurer votre reporting
  • Créer un relationnel fort nécessaire au travail d’équipe avec votre binôme sédentaire
Profil F/H Niveau Bac+2 en formation technique et/ ou commerciale, habitant sur le périmètre géographique, fort d’un minimum de 5 ans d’expérience et plus sur un poste de commercial BtoB de produits des corps d’état secondaires du bâtiment.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, your main missions will be as follows:

Limatec relies on a design and methods office composed of 5 individuals working collaboratively on the design, costing, and manufacturing launch of quality and robust products at the best price. We provide our customers with our expertise to define products tailored to their needs, leveraging state-of-the-art software (Solidworks, Bysoft, Fanuc WeldPro) and efficient production tools (fiber laser, bending presses, robotic welding, etc.).

Your missions?

You will be responsible for the production launch of products by creating manufacturing plans and procedures. You will ensure the monitoring and optimization of the manufacturing process. You will work within the design office under the supervision of the Design and Methods Manager. Your main tasks will include:

  • Validating the design of products and optimizing them before production launch.
  • Establishing manufacturing methods plans for product fabrication.
  • Creating production programs (laser cutting, bending, welding).
  • Monitoring and optimizing the manufacturing process, including laser cutting, bending, and robotic welding.
  • Verifying the conformity of bills of materials and manufacturing instructions.
  • Supporting product design at the quotation stage to ensure the compatibility of production tools with the proposed products.
  • Participating in investment and production tool development discussions.
  • Creating and/or modifying robotic welding programs.
Your profile?

You are recognized for your dynamism, proactivity, sense of responsibility, and strong scientific mindset. You are attracted to contributing to the sustainability of a French company through your work. You are rigorous and methodical to ensure the reliability of your work. You have good communication skills and are accustomed to fully engaging in projects. You have knowledge of industrial sheet metal and welding (TIG/MIG). You have a minimum of 2 years of education in mechanical design, mechanical engineering, or product industrialization. You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position where you have acquired knowledge in the manufacturing of industrial products.

To successfully carry out the assigned tasks, the following skills will be necessary:

  • Excellent knowledge of mechanical design for welded assemblies.
  • Knowledge of sheet metal and welding.
  • Proficiency in CAD design, modeling, and drafting (Mastery of SOLIDWORKS and its sheet metal module).
  • Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Understanding of ERP operation.
  • Good knowledge of welding and robotic programming is a plus.
